Palak chaat- was amazing- we ordered 2. My daughter didn’t want to eat and then once she tasted the food she stated “this was the best restaurant ever!” We will be back for sure, maybe tomorrow 🤣

Vegetrian food is amazing here. Palak chaat is a must try. They should validate the parking ticket though.

I’ve walked past Fusion Bistro at least 20 times over the last six months. Every single time, the aroma hits you, warm, spiced, a little smoky, like it’s trying to pull you in. Very good food. Authentic but also with a special touch. Friendly people and good service. Highly recommend it

Had ordered paneer sliders ( fries are good )and Kashmiri pulav. Kashmiri pilav was oily and nowhere like actual Lashmiri pulav. There were two small fruit flies as we were having food. Food quantity was little low.

Amazing food, amazing service, absolutely love this place. We had a party of 10 including two babies that came to the restaurant to see if they'd have room or could seat a big group. They immediately got some tables put together for us and gave us some highchairs for the kids. The food came especially quick for the amount of food they had to bring out to us! Everything was perfect and tasted amazing! Even the babies enjoyed the korma, mango lassi, and bits of garlic naan. Terrible food, surprised with the reviews. Got chicken labadar and got some rudimentary do pyazza, the garlic naans were more like pizzas without any sense of garlic! Stay away.

The food is just fine. But by Seattle's standard it's probably a 4! I only had Malai Kofta and it was good The lacha paratha was not really good and it tasted like roti

I’m local and never stopped in before, really nice staff, food was delicious. Ordered butter chicken and a Kathi roll, everything was excellent with superb flavor. Place was sparkling clean. Can’t believe I never tried it before. I’ll definitely be back!

we had a great experience eating at Fusion Bistro. The food was delicious and the staff was super nice and friendly. We also catered food from here for a couple of large family events and everyone loved the unique dishes and flavors.

Food was absolutely delicious and service was great. Menu selection has options for everyone and food presentation is beautiful. Highly recommend the chicken changezi and garlic naan. Will definitely be back in the future.

Some of the best Indian food I have ever had. If you like butter chicken, you have to try their Chicken Changezi. I am excited to add this place to my lunch options.
